2. Condition of Item

To be eligible for a return, please note the following:

  • Opened/Damaged Items: We understand that sometimes things happen during unboxing. We will accept returns even if the bottle has been opened or the original packaging has been destroyed, provided the request is made within the 3-day window.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your item (or evidence of the issue), we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
